02 Account Registration & Eligibility

- Each person is permitted to hold only one account.
- Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- Use of 99xxo's services must be legal in your country or region.
Providing false information during registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance. 99xxo may verify your account at any time and request additional documents to confirm your identity.
Account Security
Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any unusual activity, contact 99xxo Support immediately.
03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 99xxo:
- All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- The minimum deposit amount is subject to the specific limits stated on the platform.
- Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 business days, though in most cases they are completed within just a few minutes.
- Specific wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- 99xxo may request additional verification for any transaction deemed suspicious.
Important: 99xxo only accepts payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
04 Bonus & Promotion Terms
99xxo regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to claiming and using these bonuses:
- Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements that must be read before claiming.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the relevant conditions have been met.

Every game on 99xxo is powered entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are not predetermined and cannot be controlled by anyone. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on 99xxo:
- Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software or script.
- Collecting bonuses through fake or multiple accounts.
- Colluding with other members to exploit the system.
- Any form of fraudulent activity on the platform.
- Abusive or offensive behavior toward other members or staff.
06 Privacy & Data Protection

08 Account Closure & Suspension Policy
99xxo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Where false information or identity fraud is found.
- Unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- Where there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Upon instruction from a court or government authority.
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus balances may be forfeited.
09 Limitation of Liability
99xxo is not directly liable for interrupted game sessions caused by technical issues, internet disruptions, or other external factors. However, if a game is left incomplete due to a server-side issue, 99xxo will make every reasonable effort to resolve it.
99xxo is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming. All gaming is done entirely at your own risk, and 99xxo has no obligation to refund any money lost.
10 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please contact 99xxo customer service in the first instance. Our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
99xxo's decisions on game outcome disputes are considered final. All disputes are resolved by reviewing RNG system logs and records.

11 Governing Law

If any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to be fully effective.
